Amptek Batteries Private Limited is looking for a reliable and well-organized
Admin & Marketing Executive
to oversee key administrative functions and provide marketing support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling coordination across teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Functions:
Maintain and monitor daily office expenses and petty cash.
Prepare and submit monthly reports for expenses, reimbursements, and bill tracking.
Manage and ensure timely payment of mobile, internet, and utility bills.
Maintain a vendor database and handle communication for renewals, purchases, and services.
Marketing Support:
Coordinate with vendors for printing, production, and delivery of marketing materials (banners, danglers, brochures, dealer boards, etc.).
Track stock of marketing collateral and place reorders as needed.
Assist in local marketing activations, branding rollouts, and dealer campaign coordination.
Ensure dispatch of marketing kits to dealers, distributors, and field staff as per schedule.
Coordination & Communication:
Handle incoming administrative and marketing-related calls and queries.
Liaise with internal departments for requirements, approvals, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain organized records of admin and marketing operations.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative or marketing coordination roles preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Clear verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
A dependable team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
Compensation Details:
CTC: ?28,000 - ?30,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Timings: [9:00 AM - 6:00 PM]
