Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets, invoicing tools, and inventory software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Can work independently and keep detailed records.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Record incoming orders (via email, call, or platform), confirm order details with clients.
Inventory Handling:
Monitor material stock, update inventory levels after printing or dispatch, alert for low stock.
Invoice Generation:
Use software or templates to create and send invoices to clients.
Coordination:
Communicate with design/sales teams for order status updates, print schedules, or dispatch.
