The Admin & HR Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the organization while managing all human resource functions. This role involves overseeing office administration, implementing HR policies, handling recruitment, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Admin & HR Executive will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a productive, transparent, and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage office documentation, filing systems, and records to maintain accuracy and accessibility.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and other communication professionally.
Assist management in scheduling meetings, official travel, and events.
Implement and monitor office policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and payroll coordination.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee benefits.
Support performance appraisal processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
Foster a positive work culture and ensure timely resolution of employee queries or grievances.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal HR policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; MBA or HR specialization preferred.
Proven experience in administration and HR functions, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or agriculture sectors.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and payroll systems.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
