- The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR functions at the showroom level, ensuring proper communication channels, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to handling HR-related issues. The HR Executive will work closely with all departments to support a harmonious and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations
Act as the go-to HR contact for employees, facilitate open communication between staff and management, resolve grievances with professionalism and confidentiality and help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support hiring by posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews, conducting engaging orientations and ensuring seamless onboarding and maintaining accurate employee documentation and records.
3. Training & Development
Identify staff training needs and help create SOPs and training plans, organise learning sessions to improve skills and service quality and monitor the effectiveness of training programs and support ongoing development.
4. Performance Management
Assist with performance appraisals and goal-setting, support managers in tracking employee performance and providing feedback and help address underperformance employees through guidance and action plans.
5. Compliance & Policy Administration
Ensure HR practices align with labour laws and company policies, maintain and update employee handbooks and procedures and conduct routine audits to uphold HR standards.
6. HR Administration
Keep HR databases updated with accurate employee info, generate HR reports for management review and coordinate payroll inputs like attendance, leaves, and benefits.
7. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute team-building and employee engagement activities, gather and analyse employee feedback to improve workplace experience and promote a culture of recognition and motivation.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
0 - 2 years in HR, ideally in retail or customer-facing environments
Key Skills:

Organizational & time-management abilities
Knowledge of HR tools, MS Office, and labour laws
High emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and initiative
