The Admin & Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative operations and managing housekeeping services to ensure a clean, safe, well-organized, and efficient work environment. This role combines office administration, vendor coordination, staff supervision, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Management
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office support services
Manage office supplies, inventory, assets, and procurement
Coordinate with vendors and service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.)
Prepare reports, budgets, and expense tracking related to admin and housekeeping
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Support HR and management with admin-related tasks as required
- Housekeeping Management
Plan, organize, and supervise housekeeping operations across facilities
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently met
Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and checklists
Inspect premises regularly and address issues promptly
Manage housekeeping supplies, chemicals, and equipment
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and quality standards
- Staff Supervision
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping and admin support staff
Monitor staff performance and attendance
Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and adherence to SOPs
Resolve staff issues and escalate when necessary
- Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
Maintain documentation related to audits and inspections
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Hospitality, or Facilities Management
Proven experience in admin and/or housekeeping management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and people-management skills
Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Experience
3-6 years of relevant experience in administration and housekeeping/facilities management
