Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Assist in day-to-day office administration, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal events.
Maintain office supplies and assist in vendor coordination, if required.
Ensure the front office area is neat, presentable, and organized.
Coordinate with HR/Administration team on various tasks and office-related activities.
Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and other clerical support as needed.
