Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and office coordination.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate responses.
Maintain and update customer records, databases, and internal trackers.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure service delivery.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility support activities.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining team calendars.
Prepare and maintain reports, MIS dashboards, and administrative logs.
Support onboarding activities by preparing documents and assisting new employees.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and official communication.
Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain a professional, service-oriented front office environment.
