We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Admin and Compliance Executive to support
our daily operations and ensure we meet all regulatory requirements. This role combines
administrative duties with compliance monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Manage student admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
Handle email management and correspondence through Gmail
Maintain and update CRM systems (Zoho, Streak) for student and client records
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for course delivery and student progress
Schedule practical sessions and send notification emails to students
Use Google Calendar for booking and scheduling practical sessions
Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Drive
Assist with document preparation and reporting
Support various departments with administrative needs
Provide live chat support and manage student support desk
Compliance Functions:
Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Assist in preparing compliance reports and documentation
Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
Help maintain statutory books and registers
Track and report compliance issues to management
Assist with policy updates and procedure reviews
Coordinate with regulatory authorities as needed
Support investigation processes when required

raining and Development Support:
Coordinate training programs and professional development activities
Schedule practical sessions and send automated notification emails to students
Manage student bookings through Google Calendar integration
Update student records in LMS and CRM systems
Maintain training records and documentation in Google Drive
Assist with course registrations and compliance audits
Support the complaints handling process
Track student progress and generate reports
Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in administration, compliance, or related field preferred
Essential Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Streak preferred)
Advanced Gmail and email management skills
Learning Management System (LMS) experience
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Student admission and enrollment process management
Email marketing and notification systems
