Administrative responsibilities Office management: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, and ensure equipment and facilities are maintained.
Record keeping: Create, update, and maintain company records, databases, and files.
Scheduling and communication: Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for staff.
Support: Provide clerical and administrative support, including preparing reports, handling eLmail, and answering phone inquiries.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Commercial responsibilities
Sales and contracts: Prepare and process sales orders and contracts.
Client relations: Liaise with clients, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
Supplier relations: Maintain and update supplier databases and communicate with suppliers.
Reporting: Generate reports on sales performance and commercial metrics.
