Position: Admin Manager
Location: Indore, India (On-site)
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: 18 - 30k (depends upon interview)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with government departments for billing, documentation, and payment processes.
Follow up on payment status and ensure timely disbursement.
Prepare and maintain records of submissions, approvals, and receipts.
Assist internal teams in payment tracking and project reports.
Ensure compliance with government norms, procedures, and tender conditions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
2-3 years' experience handling payments and documentation for government or consultancy projects.
Strong understanding of billing and payment processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management.
