We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing & Administration Executive to handle day-to-day administrative and billing operations. The ideal candidate will manage customer communication, order follow-ups, billing, and documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Send and respond to emails professionally
Handle incoming customer calls and provide necessary assistance
Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments
Generate invoices, bills, and related documents
Prepare and manage E-Way Bills
Maintain accurate records of orders, billing, and customer details
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of billing and administrative processes
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to handle customer calls confidently
Familiarity with invoice generation and E-Way Bill systems
Basic computer skills (Email, MS Excel, billing software)
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in billing or administration roles
Experience with GST billing and E-Way Bill generation
