We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin and Banking Executive to manage documentation, renewals, and administrative compliance across all company centers. The ideal candidate should have experience handling insurance, rental, and vendor-related compliance, along with strong coordination and record management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and renew Indemnity, Error & Omission, and Fire Insurance policies.
Handle Undersection and Tax Exemption documentation and compliance for all centers.
Maintain and update GST, MSME, and MOU documents, including renewals.
Keep accurate rental trackers, ensuring timely renewal and documentation of rental details
Update and maintain Centre File Records with all compliance-related data.
Track and process payments for rent, electricity, maintenance, and water bills.
Ensure timely renewal of all required licenses, agreements, and insurance policies.
Support in preparing and submitting compliance reports and audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Admin / Compliance / Accounts operations.
Good command of MS Excel and documentation management.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
