Responsible for managing the administrative and accounting operations of the company, including petty cash handling, monthly invoicing, vendor coordination, payroll, and GST compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile
petty cash
and prepare
monthly expense reports
.
Prepare and coordinate
monthly invoicing statements
with the auditor.
Support and coordinate
GST filing and statutory documentation
.
Oversee
day-to-day office operations
, attendance, and staff records.
Manage
vendor payments, bills, and receipts
in coordination with the accounts team.
Assist in
payroll processing
and maintain employee records.
Ensure smooth
communication between departments, vendors, and auditors
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
2-4 years of experience in
admin or accounting
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel, Tally, and GST filing procedures
.
Good organisational and communication skills.
