Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Prepare and issue invoices; track receivables and follow up with clients for payments.
Handle vendor bills, reimbursements, and petty cash.
Ensure timely GST filings.
Admin:
Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Coordinate with teams across departments to ensure timely updates and project progress.
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups on behalf of the founders.
Act as a point of contact between management and external parties.
Knows Hindi and English fluently
Should be well versed with Microsoft word, excel, ppt, Canva and Chat GPT
