Job Summary

The Admin & Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and accounting functions of VGP Heritage. The role requires strong hands-on experience in

, solid

Food & Beverage (F&B) accounting knowledge

, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and management to ensure smooth financial and operational control.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance

Handle end-to-end accounting using

ZOHO Books

Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations Manage

billing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation

Oversee

GST compliance

- filing returns, tracking input credit, and coordination with auditors Prepare

monthly financial reports

, MIS, P&L summaries, and cash flow statements Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost controls, especially for F&B operations
F&B Accounting & Control

Strong understanding of

F&B cost control

, purchase tracking, and stock valuation Monitor food & beverage sales, wastage, and variance reports Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and stores for inventory and consumption reports Ensure proper documentation for liquor purchases, licenses, and statutory requirements
Administration

Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and service contracts Handle payroll coordination, attendance, incentives, and staff records Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Support management with documentation, approvals, and internal coordination
Coordination & Reporting

Act as a bridge between operations, accounts, and management Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external agencies Ensure timely reporting and accuracy in all financial records
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in

ZOHO Books

(mandatory) Strong

F&B industry accounting knowledge

(hospitality background preferred) Working knowledge of

GST and statutory compliance

Good command of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Experience

Minimum

3-6 years

of relevant experience Hospitality / Resort / Hotel industry experience is an added advantage
Salary

?25,000 to ?30,000 per month
