Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative activities of the office
Maintain company accounts, record expenses, and manage petty cash
Keep records of bills, vouchers, and sales entries
Assist with GST filing and basic compliance requirements
Maintain customer ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Support inventory and stock record maintenance
Key Skills Required
Basic knowledge of accounts and bookkeeping
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage admin tasks efficiently
Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
