Position Overview
The Admin & Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling accounts and financial records, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Manage office operations, correspondence, and documentation.
Coordinate with faculty, staff, students, and parents for smooth communication.
Maintain records of admissions, attendance, and institutional compliance.
Organize meetings, events, and schedules for management and staff.
Ensure proper upkeep of facilities, inventory, and supplies.
Accounts & Finance
Handle daily accounting operations including receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial statements.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning.
Ensure timely fee collection and maintain student fee records.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors for financial compliance.
Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for management review.
? Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in administration and accounts (preferably in education sector).
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
