Accounts & Admin Executive - Roles & Responsibilities



Requirements:



Male candidate preferred Background in

Hospital/Healthcare billing

(mandatory) Age:

20 - 35 years

Must reside within

5 km radius of Kharadi

Immediate joiner


Key Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle

patient billing, hospital billing, and daily cash/receipts reconciliation

. Maintain

accounts payable and receivable records

, vouchers, and petty cash. Prepare and update

daily collection reports, MIS reports, and expense statements

. Ensure accurate

billing for IPD/OPD services, physiotherapy sessions, and packages

. Support in

insurance claim documentation and patient queries related to billing

. Manage

vendor payments, salary disbursements, and reimbursement tracking

. Oversee

day-to-day administration

: housekeeping, office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic facility management. Maintain

inventory records of consumables and medical supplies

. Ensure

compliance with financial and administrative policies

. Assist management in

audit preparation and statutory compliances

. Handle

patient inquiries at the front desk (when required)

and maintain good rapport. Support

HR & Admin tasks

like attendance monitoring, ID card issuance, and documentation. Handling reception if required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,404.65 - ₹19,000.00 per month
