Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
Prepare GST, TDS working, and assist in monthly/annual financial reports.
Maintain invoices, ledgers, vendor records, and petty cash.
Coordinate with CA for audit and compliance requirements.
Administration:
Manage office administration activities and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and maintain records.
Assist in HR admin tasks like attendance, onboarding documents, and employee records.
Handle phone calls, emails, and basic front-desk duties.
Required Skills
Proficiency in
Tally / ERP
, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and reconciliations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage admin responsibilities efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting & admin roles.
