Manage day-to-day accounting operations (data entry, vouchers, invoices, receipts, payments).
Handle accounts payable & receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Support in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reports.
Coordinate with auditors and consultants for compliance and financial audits.
Administration:
Oversee office administration activities (vendor management, office supplies).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment support and onboarding.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing (physical & digital).
Coordinate with management for smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in
Commerce/Finance/Accounts
(B.Com/M.Com preferred).
2-5 years of relevant experience in Admin & Accounts.
Salary Range
As per industry standards and candidate's experience.
