Assist in day-to-day office administration and coordination tasks
Maintain records, documentation, and office supplies inventory
Support in vendor coordination and logistics arrangements
Help organize meetings and maintain attendance/visitor logs
Accounts:
Assist the accounts team in data entry, billing, and invoice management
Support in maintaining petty cash and expense tracking
Help with reconciliation of accounts and basic bookkeeping activities
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree completed (Commerce or related field preferred)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month
