  • We partner with Enterprises to assist them in their Digital Transformation journey, solve challenges using AI and Machine Learning, build custom apps, implement business intelligence solutions, consult them on deriving maximum benefit from platforms such as AWS & Microsoft Power Platform.
  • We partner with Startups to assist them by acting as Virtual CTOs, aid in product development, consult on AI and Machine Learning, MLOps, and AWS, help them reengineer their product.
Job SummaryWe are looking for ambitious individuals with a goal of managing and growing small IT teams. Anyone with an inclination to learn, grow & relearn is well suited for our team. We are looking to hire individuals who can plan and implement organizational systems related to administration and human resources.Job Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly payroll including salary slips, salary disbursement, monthly disbursement records.
  • Perform employee onboarding activities including but not limited to managing employee contracts, identity and education documents, managing employee database, introduction to organization and team.
  • Perform employee offboarding activities including but not limited to preparation of full and final document, sharing experience letter, and collection of company assets.
  • Oversee the recruitment process by creating online job postings, offline job descriptions, coordinating with College TPOs, screening profiles, coordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and engaging with HR consultancies.
  • Monitor employee attendance and maintain leave records. Prepare yearly holiday list.
  • Manage employee bonus payouts such as performance, retention and relocation.
  • Maintain job role and grade wise salary structure and keep records of employee salary structures.
  • Prepare appraisal letters and manage appreciation, welcome and work anniversary posts on organization's LinkedIn page.
  • Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees' experience.
  • Create and maintain employee handbook and various company policies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and ensure adherence to the same by employees.
  • Manage employee engagement activities including but not limited to outbounds, trainings, birthday celebrations, festival celebrations and festival gifting.
  • Plan and execute rewards and recognition program to boost employee motivation and morale.
  • Implement system to ensure workplace safety issues and complaints are handled fairly and effectively to ensure a comfortable workplace and balanced team synergy.
  • Assist in past employee verification as and when required.
  • Manage all company Social Media handles with regular posts for festivals, office activities and updates, awards/accolades won, employee milestones etc.
  • Manage multiple vendors for procurement of goods and services including researching vendors, managing quotations, shortlisting and finalizing vendors, monitoring scope of work, verifying delivery and approving vendor payments.
  • Plan and implement policies, and manage process for PF, Gratuity, TDS and Medical Insurance benefits.
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative and operational functions in the office. Manage and train office support staff, oversee office maintenance activities and monitor & manage office supplies.
Some of these responsibilities would require assistance from other functions such as finance, management and technical team. Candidates can rest assured that such assistance will be provided to ensure that they are able to execute their responsibilities to the best of their abilities.Candidate Requirements
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 0-2 years of working experience as an Admin/HR Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR processes.
  • Adept in using MS-Office tools such as Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, ToDo, Outlook, Sharepoint
  • Basic understanding of labor legislation.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and planning and organizational skills.
  • Quick Learner with positive attitude.
  • Having experience with IT Services organization would be a bonus.
