Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintenance
Handle property files, documentation, and record management
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients
Ensure smooth office functioning and staff coordination
Accounting Duties:
Manage petty cash and daily expenses
Handle salary processing and reimbursements
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Maintain ledgers and coordinate with external CA for reports
Requirements
Male candidate preferred
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
2-5 years of experience in admin and accounts (real estate preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and accounting software (Tally preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
