Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting and bookkeeping using Tally / Zoho / ERP
Handle GST, TDS, and export-related taxation
Ensure HR compliance including PF, ESI, and labor laws
Process payroll and manage employee records
Oversee general administration and office coordination
Provide basic support for export documentation
Requirements
Strong knowledge of accounting and statutory compliance
Experience in HR operations and payroll management
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
