Handle day-to-day office administration work (documentation, filing, correspondence, vendor management)
Manage accounts & finance-related tasks including bookkeeping, GST, TDS, invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliation, petty cash handling.
Assist in tender-related work - documentation, preparation of bids, submission of tenders, follow-ups, online tender portals handling.
Maintain records of purchases, sales, and expenses.
Support management in preparing MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies as required.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.
