Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and office documentation.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and office maintenance.
Handle correspondence, emails, and internal coordination.
Support HR activities such as onboarding documentation and record maintenance.
Accounts Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Handle billing, invoicing, and follow-up on payments.
Assist in GST compliance, basic TDS entries, and statutory documentation.
Maintain records of expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash.
Support month-end closing and audit-related documentation.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Exposure to GST, TDS, and compliance documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
