Accounts & Admin Executive
to manage our daily accounting, finance, and administrative operations.
You'll handle invoices, GST, import documentation, vendor payments, and office coordination -- playing a key support role in setting up smooth backend operations.
Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Handle daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, payments, receipts).
Prepare invoices and coordinate with vendors and clients for payments.
Manage GST filing, TDS, import duty, and banking transactions.
Maintain books of accounts using
Tally or BUSY Books
.
Assist management in budgeting and financial reports.
Administration & Office Operations
Manage office supplies, vendor communication, and staff attendance.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for shipments.
Support hiring and onboarding of new employees.
Assist with documentation and compliance records.
Support Work
Help with procurement records and import documentation.
Maintain a basic inventory log for stock-in/out items.
Coordinate with auditors, CA, and customs brokers when required.
Key Skills
Tally /
BUSY
Books proficiency
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and import/export taxation
Good Excel and record-keeping ability
Communication and multitasking skills
Hands-on attitude -- comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
