Job Summary: The Admin & Accounts Executive is responsible for managing both administrative operations and financial/accounting tasks to ensure efficient office functioning and accurate financial management. This person will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, support decision?making through timely and accurate reports, and help maintain a smooth operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts / Financial Responsibilities
- Maintain full set of accounting records: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
- Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, vendor payments, receipts, payroll, staff reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Reconcile bank statements regularly and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws (GST, TDS, etc.), statutory filings, and audit requirements.
- Maintain fixed assets register; calculate depreciation, track asset additions/disposals.
- Manage vendor relationships; ensure timely purchase order processing, invoice approvals, payment disbursements.
- Prepare and submit financial MIS (Management Information Systems) reports to management.
- Administration & Office Operations
- Oversee day?to?day administrative operations: office supplies, vendor coordination, maintenance, utilities etc.
- Manage office facilities, ensure proper functioning of infrastructure, cleanliness, and safety.
- Handle HR?related administrative tasks: employee onboarding/offboarding, maintaining staff records, attendance, leave management, travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records (digital and physical) of contracts, licenses, registrations, leases, insurance etc.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, managing communication, ensuring office correspondence and documentation is properly handled.
- Assist in procurement of office equipment and services; ensure cost?effective purchases.
- Compliance, Controls & Process Improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audits. Provide required documentation, reconcile queries.
- Identify areas for process improvement in both accounts and administration; implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to increase efficiency.
- Maintain data confidentiality and integrity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
