Administrative Officer / Finance Manager / General Manager
Job Summary:
The Admin & Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities and assisting in financial operations. The role ensures smooth office functioning, accurate record keeping, and timely support to both the administration and accounts departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration
Manage office operations, correspondence, and filing systems.
Coordinate with departments for administrative requirements and logistics.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
Handle staff attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
Support in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Liaise with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers.
2. Accounts & Finance
Assist in day-to-day accounting activities such as voucher preparation, data entry, and reconciliation.
Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.
Support in billing, invoicing, and follow-up of payments.
Prepare expense reports and assist in month-end financial closures.
Coordinate with the auditor and finance team for reports and documentation.
3. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial and administrative records.
Support in maintaining statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) under supervision.
Prepare periodic administrative and financial reports as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in administration and accounts.
Working knowledge of Tally/ERP software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office management.
