Job Description

We are looking for a

dedicated Admin & Accounts Executive

to handle day-to-day administrative and accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Day-to-day coordination with the

sales team

for daily sales activities Preparation of

quotations, proforma invoices, and tax invoices

Entry and tracking of

sales and expenses

in

Zoho Books

Coordination with the

project team

to record and verify project-related expenses Maintain and update records using

MS Excel and MS Word

Manage

employee attendance

and related documentation Proper

filing and documentation

of all records (physical and digital) Support general office administration work

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

in admin and accounts work Good working knowledge of

Excel, Word, and Zoho Books

Basic understanding of accounting processes Organized, accurate, and responsible approach to work
