Assist in day-to-day office operations and general administration.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Handle inward and outward mail, courier, and correspondence.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance.
Support HR and management in routine administrative tasks.
Accounts:
Assist in basic accounting entries in Tally/Excel.
Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, and receipts.
Support in invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with the accountant for monthly reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Tally (added advantage).
Good communication and organizational skills.
