Job Description

Key Responsibilities Administration & Communication

Handle incoming and outgoing

phone calls

professionally Manage official

emails

, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital) Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal staff
Logistics & Porter Coordination

Arrange and manage

porter/courier bookings

for samples, documents, and materials Track dispatches, deliveries, and maintain logistics records Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Accounting & Finance Support

Assist with

basic accounting entries

(vouchers, expenses, invoices) Maintain cash, petty cash, and expense records Support billing, collections, and payment follow-ups Assist in preparing reports for management as required Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when needed
General Office Support

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Monitor office supplies and place orders when required Support HR-related admin tasks such as attendance tracking and record maintenance
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field 1-3 years of experience in

administration and basic accounting

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel) preferred Good communication skills (phone, email, and in-person) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic knowledge of logistics or courier coordination is an advantage
Skills Required

MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Basic accounting and documentation Communication and coordination Time management and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
