Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive
Admin & Accounts Assistant
to support daily office administration, accounts entry, and branch coordination work at our Bangalore branch. The role involves assisting the accountant and operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily
data entry and voucher posting
in
Tally Prime
.
Maintain
petty cash, purchase bills, and expense records
.
Prepare and update
Excel reports
for sales, collections, and expenses.
Handle
office administration tasks
- attendance, stationery, documentation, courier, etc.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for
billing, stock, and dispatch records
.
Support
HR & payroll documentation
and attendance tracking.
Assist in
vendor payments
and follow-up on pending bills.
Communicate with the head office for accounts and admin updates.
Requirements:
Education:
B.Com / Any graduate with accounting knowledge
Experience:
1-3 years in admin/accounts (preferably in FMCG or distribution sector)
Software Skills:
Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Office
Language:
English, Kannada , Hindi/Malayalam an advantage
Other:
Should be organized, reliable, and able to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
