Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage
inventory records
of the company.
Prepare and issue
bills, invoices, and vouchers
accurately.
Handle
import-export documentation
and related compliance.
Work efficiently on
ERP systems
(experience with
Vasy ERP
is highly preferred).
Assist with general
accounting, bookkeeping, and GST-related tasks
.
Manage daily
administrative operations
of the factory.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in
Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration
(preferred).
Minimum
2-4 years of relevant experience
in accounts & admin.
Prior experience in the
laminate or manufacturing industry
is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of
ERP software
, especially
Vasy ERP
.
Familiarity with
import-export documentation
processes.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
