Admin & Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Handle bookkeeping and financial records using
Zoho Books
and
Tally
.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and expense records.
Support administrative tasks including documentation, correspondence, and office coordination.
Assist with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts-related queries.
Requirements
1-2 years of relevant experience
in accounts and administration.
Hands-on experience with
Zoho Books
and
Tally
is
mandatory
.
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Female candidates preferred.
