person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks including
material inward-outward entry, quotation creation, billing, and data handling.
This role is suitable for both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update
inward and outward material records
Create
quotations and estimates
as per client requirements
Handle
billing and invoice generation
Assist in
day-to-day accounting entries
and documentation
Coordinate with other departments for smooth internal operations
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all admin and accounts activities
Follow up with vendors/customers as required
Requirements:
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles and MS Office (especially Excel)
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles
Prior experience in a similar role (for experienced candidates) is a plus but optional.
