Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
Prepare and manage invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
Assist with proposal documentation and client communication
Maintain records of office supplies, vendor communication, and petty cash
Support the finance team in reconciliation and data entry
Coordinate internal meetings and maintain documentation
Ensure compliance with organizational processes and deadlines
