Those who have existing relationships with digital publishers will be of the highest level of interest and likely have the shortest ramp time once hired for the position. Initial and ongoing technical training on our products and services will be provided.Job Responsibilities:- Acquire and manage global publisher accounts to ensure sustained business growth. - Act as a key decision-maker for all business decisions related to existing publishers across business units. - Oversee and execute media buying from publishers on CPA/CPL/CPO/CPI/CPR/CPM/CPV formats. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Implement growth strategies to up-size, up-sell, and cross-sell to existing publishers. - Analyze performance data and industry trends to optimize publisher performance. - Ensure accurate recording of publisher-related information in CRM, including contacts, accounts, deals, and revenue details. - Define measurement systems and dashboards to track publisher growth, retention, and satisfaction. - Collaborate with Product and Operations teams across business units to develop new revenue streams. - Represent the company at industry events, including speaking engagements and networking with publishers. - Develop feedback loops with marketing, operations, and product teams to enhance products and services.Requirements (Must-Have):- Proven experience in global publisher development and account management. - Expertise in CPA/CPL/CPO/CPI/CPR/CPM/CPV models. - Strong knowledge of Ad Exchanges, Media Marketplaces, and Affiliate Platforms. - Deep understanding of online media technology and direct marketing applications. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and evaluate performance data and industry trends. - Excellent negotiation, selling, and client management skills. - Familiarity with the USA and global market and proficiency in English.
