Following Sales process & Reporting regularly
Job Responsibilities : - Training of advisors regularly on products & concepts
- Assisting advisors in making business plans and Targets
- Joint calls for client acquisition & client retention
- Joint calls for Group insurance
- Coordinating activities like client meets and health camps
- Coordination with insurance companies for Group quotes
- Regular followups for business development with advisors
- Contest communication to advisors timely
- Activation of all empanelled advisors
