SSC Recon works for both CIB and BP2S métier for various department across globe to serve the reconciliation needs for both control and financial reconciliations. Position Purpose

Overall 10-15 years of experience as a Technical Development Manager in delivery of IT Projects and specifically in the area Reconciliations. To be able to provide CIB’s business line with IT services enabling them to manage the end-to-end cycle of Reconciliation, management of breaks and exception as well as improving and making more efficient the process of service center customers by industrializing their processes for managing breaks/exception. Some of the key skill requirement:
  • Strong experience to manage the end to end cycle of Reconciliation, management of breaks and exceptions, certification
  • Strong experience with Core Java, Hibernate, Struts, Tiles, Java spring frameworks.
  • Sound knowledge on the CICD (Dev Ops) Implementation
  • Good experience in the areas of RDBMS (Oracle) in terms of data base design, optimization, performance improvement, PL SQL, SQL, Unix shell scripting, AWK scripting
  • Design / Architecture Experience in Building Products, Frameworks and Components
  • Sound knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), product backlog management using JIRAs
Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Widespread understanding of SDLC in developing new Reconciliations Involvement across all stages of Software Development life cycle (SDLC) including business requirement analysis, data mapping, validate data against requirement, build, unit testing, peer reviews, systems integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Lead the ADM team
  • Act as a Single Point of contact for SPOC IT Users, Project Team and APS team for query resolution and escalation
  • Responsible for monitoring team effort
  • Responsible for reporting to SSC ISPL head / AVP /VP on team coordination and planned effort
  • Responsible for quality deliveries to high user satisfaction and aggressive deadlines (Dev, Testing and UAT)
  • Making a first workload estimate of the required resources to achieve the plan
  • Maintain and enforce the configuration management plan
  • Ensure development progress status is on track versus project plan/priorities defined
  • Plan developments based on the detailed specifications according to the agreed user priorities
  • Develop, maintain and optimise the processes within the development, maintenance and enhancements lifecycle
  • Maintain the best practices for the development activities
  • Steer and monitor the progress of the evolutions
  • Monitoring and reviewing job contributions
  • Involve in the recruitment process
  • Ensure the IT project documentation is up-to-date on sharepoint, development versioning (SVN or others)
  • Technology watch, innovation
  • Responsible for team performance indicators (using JIRA or other tools)

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Able to prepare the status reports for weekly updates with stakeholders
  • Communication with Stakeholders, Business Analysts, End-users, and various teams like Higher Management, Development, Systems, Support, Implementation etc.
  • Able to prepare the technical and functional documents for the project activities.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Proficient in Oracle SQL / PL SQL 12c/19c. Development of database packages, procedures, functions, triggers. PL/SQL application optimization using Profiler, Hints, Partition Techniques and Explain Plan
  • Proficient in Unix Shell scripting, Awk Scripting
  • Good knowledge of Java 1.8
  • Knowledge on the Release & Problem Management
  • Knowledge of any defect management tool
  • Knowledge of Jira, Service Now, Clarity tools.
Soft Skills and Additional Requirements:
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders/teams.
  • Must be able to work closely with end users and developers
  • Must be able to communicate with Onshore and Offshore teams on functional / technical topics
  • Expected to work in APAC, European and North American Business hours (Holidays and Weekends)
