An Adjunct Professor of Clinical Psychology is responsible for teaching Clinical Psychology courses, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental activities. They develop and deliver engaging lectures

(2-4 days per week)

, develop course materials, and evaluate student performance. They also conduct original research, publish their findings, and present at conferences. Additionally, they advise students, participate in departmental committees, and contribute to the university's mission.

Key Responsibilities:



Teaching:

Preparing and delivering Clinical Psychology coursework, including lectures, discussions, and assessments. Developing and updating course materials, including syllabus, assignments, and exams. Evaluating student performance through various methods, such as exams, papers, and projects.

Research:

Conducting original research in the field of Clinical Psychology and publishing findings in academic journals. Presenting research findings at conferences and workshops. Seeking research funding opportunities.

Mentoring:

Advising students on course choices, career paths, and research opportunities. Providing guidance and support to students, including those working on projects or research papers.

Service:

Participating in departmental and university committees. Contributing to faculty development activities and mentoring new faculty members. Supporting student recruitment and outreach efforts.

Additional Responsibilities:



Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods. Staying up-to-date on current trends and advancements in the field of Clinical Psychology. Engaging with industry professionals and experts. Contributing to the university's mission and values. Adhering to ethical standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications:



Ph.D. & MA in Clinical Psychology.

2 Years teaching experience

in Universities/ Colleges. Strong teaching and research skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in teaching Clinical Psychology courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and publish in peer-reviewed journals. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
