Job Summary \xe2\x80\x93
As part of this role, Analyst will be Review OTC & Securitized Notes (Derivative) term sheets & Legal documents, understand the economic parameters and match it with the Risk management system (booking).
Responsible for performance of Deal Reviews:
Review Term sheet versus Risk management system for booking accuracy.
Legal Confirmation versus Risk management system for booking & document drafting accuracy.
Interpret ISDA Legal documentation, inhouse product models to understand and validate correctness of Risk Management system bookings
Independently calculate & simulate product maturity payoff considering various market / price scenarios
Escalates issues that arise / recurring discrepancies appropriately.
Query management : Interaction with Quants, Structuring, Front Office & TA teams to raise & resolve queries identified in above process.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Graduate or Post-Graduate with relevant experience in Financial Operations , pls refer table above
Equity Derivative product knowledge of Structured & Exotic Derivatives along with strong financial proficiency on industry wide norms
Proficient in Mathematic calculations & excel to plot payoff\'s based on language in documents
E2E understanding of product, working & its impact if any changes
Client focused with great customer engagement skills (Verbal and Written communication skills)
Flexible with Shift - US Hours
100% Work from Office
Able to learn concepts and procedures quickly.
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

Years of experience needed:
Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 4 to 5 Years experience
Technical / Non-Technical Skills:
Good Knowledge of MS-Office
