Currently, we are bidding for Metro Rail projects across India. The position of ii) Addl. Chief Structure Expert (Elevated)is the key position in these BIDs. Missions/Main Duties:

• Provide technical leadership in the design, review, and execution of elevated rail/metro structures, including viaducts, bridges, and elevated stations.
• Oversee structural analysis, detail engineering, and approval of construction drawings for elevated structures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices in structural engineering.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, erection schemes, and temporary works for elevated structures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to structural design and site execution.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams--including architects, geotechnical experts, and contractors--to ensure robust and safe designs.
• Lead the review of structural safety, stability, and durability for all elevated components.
• Monitor quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures at every stage of construction.
• Provide expert advice to client and project leadership on technical risks and mitigation strategies related to elevated structures.
• Mentor and provide guidance to the structural engineering team.

Profile/Skills:
Education:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering and post-graduation in structures

Experience:

• 25 years expereince in Railways/Metro

Specific Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in urban rail based passenger carrying

system
