Responsibilities

AM Production Workflow Support

+ Quoting & workflow management for additive manufacturing.

Integration Support

+ AM Edge and 3DXpert tool integration.
+ SAP integration troubleshooting.

Application Support

+ Functional support for AIMOS (likely an internal manufacturing/operations tool).
+ Support application deployment across different sites.

User Access Management

+ Grant/revoke/manage user access.

Knowledge Management

+ Update FAQ/knowledge base articles.

Coordination

+ Work with Qoton team (likely a vendor or tool partner).
