We are looking for an experienced

ADC12 Aluminum Alloy Specialist

to join our ingot manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must be skilled in

analyzing and controlling ADC12 composition

, maintaining production quality, and handling

daily reporting and documentation

using

Microsoft Excel

.

Key Responsibilities

:

Monitor and maintain the

chemical composition

of ADC12 grade alloy during production Conduct

spectrometer analysis

and control impurity levels (Fe, Zn, Cu, Mg, etc.) Submit

daily production and quality reports

in Excel format Track and report

melting, casting, and rejection data

using MS Office Coordinate with production team to maintain

standard melting and casting practices

Support

scrap selection and recycling processes

for consistent alloy quality Identify defects, maintain batch-wise quality checks, and reduce rejections

Requirements

:

Diploma or B.Tech in

Metallurgy / Mechanical / Production Engineering

Minimum

2 years

experience in aluminum alloy manufacturing (preferably ADC12) Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

,

Word

, and

basic computer skills

Hands-on experience with

spectrometers and QA testing tools

Knowledge of

non-ferrous scrap sorting

and furnace operation

Language Requirements

:

Hindi

(Mandatory - to coordinate with labour)

Kannada

or

Basic English

(Preferred)

Salary

:

?30,000 - ?55,000/month (Based on skills and experience)
