Ad Specialist

to manage and scale our digital advertising campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance Monitor daily campaign performance, CTR, conversions, ROAS, and cost efficiency Create compelling ad copies, visuals briefing, and landing page recommendations Track and analyze campaign data to generate performance reports Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals Run lead-generation and performance-focused campaigns for products and services Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and strategies Stay updated with digital marketing & platform trends

Desired Candidate Profile / Skills

Proven experience as an Ad Specialist / Digital Marketing Executive managing paid campaigns Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager & Analytics tools Good understanding of lead generation & performance marketing Analytical mindset with strong reporting & optimization skills Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results Knowledge of agriculture or the agri-input industry (preferred but not mandatory) Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / Communications or relevant field Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred) 2-5 years of relevant experience (preferred)
