Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of digital advertising solutions including CPM, CPC, CPI, and CPR campaigns across web and mobile platforms.
Identify, build, and nurture relationships with brands, media agencies, and decision-makers through meetings, calls, and emails.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create customized media proposals and campaign strategies.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.
Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to represent the company and generate leads.
Collaborate with media planners to develop effective campaign strategies and pitches tailored to brand objectives.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts and monthly growth reports.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals while maintaining a high conversion rate.
Key Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in digital ad sales or media sales.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPI, CPR) and advertising platforms.
Proven track record in revenue generation, media planning, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
