Backed by: Y Combinator, 3one4 Capital, India Quotient, RB Investments, and other marquee VCs.Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Digital Ad Sales Head to lead our advertising revenue efforts in Delhi and Mumbai. This role demands a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, proven experience in revenue generation, and the ability to build strong client relationships in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital ad sales for the region, driving top-line growth and building scalable ad revenue streams.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional ad sales team.
  • Develop and execute revenue generation strategies with a focus on CPM, CPC, CPL models.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive monetization.
  • Create, package, and present compelling media solutions tailored to client objectives.
  • Leverage data and performance analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize revenue.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to shape ad offerings aligned with user needs and market trends.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging trends in digital media.
Requirements12+ years of experience in digital media ad sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.Prior experience in digital-first or new-age tech/media companies is mandatory.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Deep knowledge of digital ad ecosystems, including programmatic, performance, and brand-led campaigns.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong network across advertisers and media agencies in North and West India.Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics platforms.Fluent communication skills in English; knowledge of south languages is a plus.BenefitsExperience working with local language content platforms.Familiarity with regional user behavior across Hindi, Marathi, or other vernacular languages.Background in scaling monetization strategies for mobile-first platforms.
