: Ad Sales Executive



Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Ad Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling advertising space across our digital and media platforms. This role requires strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and brands.

Key Responsibilities



?Identify, prospect, and develop new advertising clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.

?Sell advertising space across platforms (digital, print, TV, OTT, and social media).

?Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their marketing needs and offering customized advertising solutions.

?Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. ?Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

?Coordinate with internal teams (content, marketing, finance, and creative) to ensure campaign execution and delivery.

?Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with post-campaign analysis and insights.

?Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging advertising opportunities.

> Minimum Targets:

> o 6 Business, trades, MSME, startups etc -Direct Meetings per day

> o 20 New Phone Calls Every day

> o 10 Follow ups Every Day

> o Industrial Area Visit and Production Unit Visit -Weekly Once

> o Tech Park Meeting - weekly once

> Skills Required:

> o Candidates should have an interest in sales and the ability to engage with clients effectively.

> Qualification:

> o Minimum Qualification: Plus two and above

> Compensation Structure:

> o Travel Allowance (TA)and Food Allowance: Maximum Rs 6,000

> Incentives:

> o 10% for above 50%of target

Terms & Conditions:

1. Minimum Targets or Activities: 300 Business, trades, MSME, startups etc visit within 3 months.

2. Rs. 80,000 in closed business is expected to be achieved monthly.

3. Work Schedule:

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Weekly Holiday: Sunday
4. Confirmation:

If the targets are not met by the end of the 3rd month, the confirmation will be extended for an additional one month to allow for target completion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
