Key Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing and processing advertising data from various Australian media outlets, entering all required advertisements into the Nielsen database using bespoke Nielsen applications and tools.

Processing advertising logs from multiple media outlets and sources in a timely and accurate manner. Entering advertisements into the company's database, adding meta-data such as brand, product and a creative description of the advertisement. Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Processing and delivering all required data to daily, strict client deadlines. Processing data in accordance with accuracy and on time KPIs. Maintain the integrity of the operations department by following company policies and procedures; notifying the manager of any issues that may harm the collection of accurate data. Assisting in other areas of the operations department as required Fulfilling any other tasks as requested by the manager

Qualifications

Competencies:

A high level of written communication skills A thorough understanding of data entry Ability to work to schedules and tight deadlines. Commitment to excellence and attention to detail Ability to work without direct supervision and as part of a team Media background, either professionally or academically, is desirable A background, or interest, in advertising Knowledge of Google suite of applications is desirable
